Automated "Engineer to Order" Solution

DMD Technologies worked with a mid-sized manufacturing facility to automate the order engineering process. The solution processes custom orders, generates engineering drawings and Bill of Materials for the orders, and loads the information into the ERP system. The solution processes 80% of orders automatically, while routing exceptions to appropriate staff for resolution. DMD Technologies' solution significantly reduces the number of days in the ordering process.
 
Test Facilities

We implemented a multi-phased project to manage a large turbine engine test facility. The solution provides configuration and process control for test products and test facilities. The solution required process improvements, the integration of peripherals, and business systems to manage a holistic view of each test managed. Order Configuration Management
